Country Star Jason Aldean
Come see Country Music superstar Jason Aldean at the Hollywood Casino Amphitheatre in Tinley Park May 13, and stay at the nearby and affordable Motel 6 Alsip!
Jason Aldean’s struggle to be discovered in Nashville is quintessential. He played all the right clubs where talents scouts looked for the next big act in Country Music. After drawing no notice, he told friends he would make one last try, at Nashville’s famed Wildhorse Saloon. Music scout Lawrence Mathis happened to be in the audience and signed Aldean on the spot.
Macon, Georgia’s own Jason Aldean has released seven albums and 24 singles. 2010’s “My Kind of Party” is certified Quadruple Platinum. His early musical influences were the legendary Hank Williams and George Straitt. His latest tour, “They Don’t know” will benefit the Susan G. Koman Foundation for breast cancer research.
Jason Aldean has appeared with such stars as Lady Antebellum, Luke Bryon, Miranda Lambert, Kenny Chesney, and many others. His touring band includes Country Music royalty Rich Redmond, Tully Kennedy, and Kurt Allison. Aldean won 2005’s American Country Music Award, Top Male Vocalist. He has been nominated for three Grammy Awards.
